Trial Key Licenses are fully-featured, but time-limited, license versions of JSpamFilter. JSpamFilter Trial License Keys are free, but are intended for evaluation purposes only. Commercial use of JSpamFilter Trial Key Licenses is permitted, but only in the context of a product evaluation test. Continual use of JSpamFilter Trial License Keys in a commercial or production environment is prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse any request.

Licenses are per-server. Licenses may be transferred
from one server to another, so long as the number of servers running JSpamFilter
never exceeds the number of licenses purchased.
JSpamFilter is provided "AS IS", with no warranty of any kind, either express
or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability
and fitness for any particular purpose. IN NO EVENT WILL MODEST SOFTWARE BE HELD LIABLE
FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY GENERAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PROGRAM (INCLUDING, BUT
NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF DATA, DATA CORRUPTION, LOST OR MISDIRECTED EMAIL, OR
LOSSES SUSTAINED BY YOU OR THIRD PARTIES, OR A FAILURE OF THE PROGRAM TO OPERATE
WITH ANY OTHER PROGRAMS), EVEN IF SUCH MODEST SOFTWARE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY
OF SUCH DAMAGES.
USAGE RESTRICTIONS:
You may not distribute copies of JSpamFilter or JSpamFilter License Key Data to others.
JSpamFilter contains proprietary trade secrets, and in
order to protect them, you may not decompile, reverse engineer or disassemble
JSpamFilter, or otherwise reduce JSpamFilter to a human perceivable
form. Additionally, you may not modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on all or any part of JSpamFilter. You may not circumvent
the copy protection employed by JSpamFilter.
Use of this program indicates acceptance of this license agreement.
